Welcome to your healing journey

"In a world of doers, Be!"
- Adriana Reid

We usually don't wait for a toothache to go to the dentist, in fact, if this is the case, we seek immediate attention. If we twist our ankle or tear a ligament we go to an orthopedist, and who do you go to when you have an emotional problem?
What do people normally do when they face emotions like anxiety, fear, anger, apathy, and/or loss?
if we are one of those who overreact to circumstances? The habit of most of the people who come to my consultation is to distract/anesthetize the sensations produced by those emotions derived from our states of mind with some addiction to substances such as drugs or alcohol, or behaviors such as buying, gambling, eating in excess, recurrently looking for conflictive situations, among others, but the first option is hard to seek help from a professional.
What better moment to address the issue of emotional health awareness than the Olympic Games and the visibility that athletes like Simone Biles -an American gymnast- gave to the issue of mental health -by choosing to withdraw from team competition and its classification to the finals in three specialties. His vulnerability caused an impact, showing signs of support on the one hand and criticism of the usual commentocracy on social networks on the other.
I thank Saida and Mujer actual for the opportunity from my skills and knowledge to accompany you to understand what happens inside us, and how do problems originate. Why do we react how we react? What is it that we actually protect?
I would like to start by telling you that nothing you read in these articles may be new to you, what it may be is that this way of seeing reality opens a different perspective from the way in which you have defined and dealt with your emotions.
Many of you know me as Adriana Bacelis, I was born in Mexico City, I graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid with a master's degree in education with a specialty in family counseling and human software engineering, a certified specialist in trauma resolution and emotional self-sufficiency, gender studies and discrimination.
My interdisciplinary training has allowed me to develop professionally as a Mexican diplomat representing my country abroad for the last 10 years. With more than 20 years of experience in the area of Human Development, I have given conferences and workshops related to Mental and Emotional Health Awareness as a path of self-discovery and inner healing, through energetic modalities and informational medicine.
I founded Be2Be-Coaching, Inc. with the intention of accompanying people to solve and transform energy and information patterns that are encoded in programs that manifest as the belief system that keeps the pain trapped and that blocks our positive intentions. and deepest dreams and desires for the purpose of achieving emotional self-sufficiency. Regarding emotional health, we know that it is something that we need, and we know that it is important, but we do not know where it comes from because we were not taught in our experience as humans to care for and manage our emotions. The tendency has always been to unconsciously copy patterns and believe that we are destined to repeat them.

Growing up, I was taught to prioritize healthy eating, exercise, education, and finding a career to support my family. However, little emphasis was placed on mental and emotional health, and I learned to suppress and ignore my own emotions. This pattern of neglect has been passed down through generations, leading us to develop defense mechanisms that we consider to be normal.

As we navigate our lives, we may discover a cluster of suppressed and hidden emotions that we don't know how to handle. It's important to recognize that we may not have the tools to solve this problem because we were never taught how to address it.

To begin addressing our emotional health, we must first become aware of our own emotional state. With time and practice, we can develop the skills and knowledge needed to manage our emotional health and become emotionally self-sufficient. If you haven't yet begun this process, I encourage you to start today and take deliberate steps in your healing journey through self-discovery.
